I've been debating whether or not I should keep my bangs or grow them out. I've had bangs for about four years, I think, and I also don't want to try to hang on to the same look for too long. However, bangs cover up my forehead lines, which are something that I'm super self-conscious about.

What do you think? Keep the bangs or grow them out?

  1. I'd keep them, because you can always pull them back if they're bugging you. At least, that's what I do with mine :)

  2. I'd keep them. My hair is too thin for them, i wish I could have a lovely heavy fringe like yours!

  3. I like your bangs and I know what a pain they are to grow out, so my instinct is to say keep them, but I also can relate to wanting a fresh look too. I'm not much help, lol.

  4. Love the feather print! I'm always for bangs, because as someone with curly hair, I've always wanted them but never had them (because I'm not gonna use a hair straightener every day!)

  6. I love bangs, and missed them as soon as I got them grown out. I've got really choppy ones now and I'm already thinking about getting them trimmed up. I like your bangs. I think you should keep them, but ultimately go for what feels best. You can always cut them back if you grow them out and decide you want them back.

  7. I am the worst person to give advice on this, but I think bangs look great on you! I wish I could keep bangs, but every time I get them I end up growing them out as soon as possible because I'm terrible at styling hair and hate having to deal with them when I work out. But, if you've managed for four years without going insane, I think you should keep them! They're so cute!

On another note, I love that feather print top! So cute!

  8. After I grew my bangs out I was really really happy for about 2-3 years, and now I'm starting to get to the point where I look at old pictures and like bangs again... but also can't decide! I say cut em!

  9. I don't know, if you're tired of your bangs, you could always brush to them the side so it'll be a bit of a different look but still keep your forehead covered. Figure if you grow them out a bit and get tired of it, you could always trim them back real quick. (But I agree with the other ladies, you look great right now as well!)

  10. First, love the feather top.

On the subject of bangs, I'd keep them if I really loved them, but let them go if they are a "meh". You can always cut bangs again but growing them out, not so much fun. I wish I could wear regular bangs but too many cowlicks along the ol' hairline.

  11. I think it depends on which way you would be more comfortable. If you grow them out and would then be self-conscious then maybe it's best to leave them be. But if you do grow them and it is a click snip and you are back to bangs! I always had bangs and several years ago I grew mine out and I love it. I am tempted to go back though.

  13. I am loving this dress
All I can say is that it took me 1 whole year to grow my bangs out and 3 months later I cut them again. LOL
