Dress - Orla Kiely for Uniqlo, Tights - Target, Shoes - Euro Step
I decided to wear a dress yesterday, since the weather was warm enough for tights.
Only in Minnesota in January can the 30 degree weather be considered "warm". We're weirdos who put up with the cold and snow, and love to talk about the weather.
30 IS warm! Yay for weird midwestern winter weather!

LOL I was thinking that was only Colorado! I went tightless and in a skirt yesterday in 40 degrees and I was fine. LOL I love this dress on you Rebecca!
